Transit times
Transit times are depending on you country. They vary from 1-2 days to 4-7 days. Transit times will be shown after you enter your address (cart).

Same-day shipping: Orders are usually shipped the same day for all orders placed before 14:00 (Monday - Friday), although this may take longer during busy seasons around holidays.

Returns
Any unused product purchased on our website can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of receiving it. Customer pays shipping on returns or exchanges. If we made a mistake with your order, let us know at any time and we'll make it right.

Shipping Delays
Please note that weather, natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, slow customs clearance, and other unforeseen circumstances can delay shipments, even when expedited. Shipping delays are outside of our control. If a product is on backorder or will take longer than 1 week to ship, customer will be notified.
